Customer retention specialist Enteractive has launched (Re)activation Cloud, an AI-driven platform for large-scale player retention, which is now live with Betsson Group.
The automated service means operators can connect with Enteractive’s proprietary platform for comprehensive player reactivation and activation with real-time control.
Connected via a simple API integration, the platform allows for AI-driven engagement scheduling and optimisation, with easily configurable settings while a real-time dashboard provides CRM managers with live control and the ability to monitor player survey results.
