Fast Track has added a further client to its roster with Bahamas-based lottery and casino operator Island Luck set to take on-board its CRM solution.

Headquartered in the archipelago’s capital of Nassau, Island Luck is striving to revamp the experience of its customers, by deploying Fast Track to manage all of the organisations customer interactions.

Sebas Bastian, chief executive officer of Island Luck, stressed that he was impressed with the abilities of the solution, stating that the decision was an easy one to make: “Fast Track CRM is designed with the online gaming industry in mind, and will allow us to communicate with our players at just the right moment.

“We couldn’t be happier to work with a company that truly understands the challenges and opportunities of our business.”

Fast Track, whose history comprised delivering fully managed services to the igaming industry, recently began to offer its CRM solution as a standalone product, with Island Luck the latest to take up its adoption.

Simon Lidzén, CEO of Fast Track, explained: “When we started building the tool, we hoped that it would transform the way our CRM team worked.

“When we decided to license it out, we made sure that it was ready to redefine customer experience in igaming.

“We are thrilled to bring on board Island Luck. This partnership goes much deeper than CRM, as it will also involve a complete enhancement of Island Luck’s Loyalty system.

“Fast Track CRM is paving the way for the future of CRM in igaming, and Island Luck will be one of the first to make the change.”

Island Luck becomes the third operator to take up Fast Track’s solution this year, following in the footsteps of Cashmio Casino and Twin.

“We share Fast Track’s vision of how easy CRM should be, and believe this partnership will allow our CRM team to fulfil their mission of providing an unmatched casino experience to our players,” stated Marcin Jablonski, chief brand officer at Twin.
