The Microgaming Bar at ICE 2018

As the latest edition of gaming’s London showpiece creeps ever nearer, CasinoBeats is counting down to ICE 2019 with a look at preparations for the event and a few stories or announcements readers might have missed

Enteractive debut

Malta-based player-retention specialist Enteractive is to exhibit at ICE for the first time, at stand N9-252.

Mikael Hansson, CEO, said: “Following a hugely successful SiGMA at the end of last year, we’re all set to make our debut appearance and showcase our highly-effective retention products. As new regulation kicks in… now is the perfect opportunity to consider new approaches to player engagement.”

Intertops turns 20

Ok, technically this is an LAC story, since that is where Intertops will be – but two things about the operator’s appearance there caught our eye. Firstly, 20 years – twenty. In igaming terms, Intertops were there just after the earth cooled and the dinosaurs came.

Two decades, then, is quite an achievement – and Intertops is marking the anniversary by giving away 20 Apple products across the two days of LAC. At hourly draws on its stand, Intertops Affiliates will be giving away iPhones, iPads, Air Pods, Apple Watches and even a Macbook Air. Just drop by stand C1 and leave your business card.

Wazdan to unveil two

Slots developer Wazdan is to launch two new titles the event. The two additions will swell Wazdan’s 100-plus line-up of HTML5 casino games as the company continues to release new games each month.

The developer has made a mark with some unique Wazdan features, including the ground-breaking Volatility Levels, plus Energy Saving Mode, Double Screen Mode, Ultra Fast Mode, Ultra Lite Mode and the Unique Gamble Feature. Find out more at stand S8-202.

Red Rake builds in UK

Having recently received a UK B2B gaming licence, online casino content provider Red Rake Gaming is set to make its ICE debut, at stand N9-325.

Managing director – Malta, Nick Barr, said: “ICE London is the biggest gaming event of the calendar and it couldn’t come at a more exciting time for us. We have just secured a licence to provide our games in one of the biggest regulated markets in the world, the UK, so the show will be a great opportunity to greet our current partners and to help us to grow of footprint in the industry”.

Blueprint for ICE success

Blueprint Gaming, part of the gigantic Gauselmann Group, will follow another year of growth with its biggest showing yet in London.

As part of the Gauselmann stand at N4-210, Blueprint will be showing off its burgeoning slot portfolio including licensed slots such as TED, This Is Spinal Tap and The Goonies, as well as titles featuring Bug Time Gaming’s Megaways mechanic.

CasinoBeats has a new home

We’re not shy – and we’re probably going to mention this again – but the SBC/CasinoBeats stand has moved off the Boulevard at ExCeL and onto the main show floor, at S3-206.

Stewart Darkin, CasinoBeats managing director, said: “ICE London remains a hugely important opportunity for the gaming industry and we’re thrilled that CasinoBeats has found a new home in one of the busiest locations on the show floor.”

Have a beer with Stakelogic

Amsterdam-based slot studio Stakelogic is welcoming visitors to stand N9-255 with the offer of “good coffee or a chilled Dutch beer”.

Visitors can also take in the full Stakelogic portfolio including recent releases Magic Wheel 4 Player and Neon Cluster Wins, which is set for release at the end of January.
