Greentube has embarked on a strengthening of its presence in the Danish online casino market after going live with Casino999, following a number of strategic moves made across Europe thus far in 2020.

With content already live with and Videoslots after initially debuting in the Nordic country in December 2019, a range of the Novomatic interactive division’s titles are also available via

This includes Book of Ra deluxe, Lucky Lady’s Charm deluxe and Sizzling Hot deluxe, which all form part of Novomatic’s ‘classics’ series, as well as Apollo God of the Sun, Captain Venture and African Simba.

Sherene Ameen, regulatory compliance officer at Casino999, commented: “Partnering with Greentube is a great milestone for us as their games have a proven track-record of success globally, and we are excited about offering their content to our growing customer base.”

This becomes the latest in a long-line of link-ups inked this year for Greentube after Switzerland was consistently targeted via Casino Interlaken, Swiss Casinos and Casino Davos with also seeing the firm spread its wings further still in Spain.

Michael Bauer, Greentube CFO/CGO, said of the latest partnership: “We are thrilled to have partnered with Casino999 and to further grow our market share in Denmark with such a renowned operator. After making our debut in the country last year, this deal demonstrates that our content is in high demand and appreciated by Danish players.”

Earlier this month Bauer spoke to CasinoBeats about the making of its new Book of Ra titles and how linked jackpots can help attract new audiences and boost player engagement.

“There have been countless attempts to replicate the success of Book of Ra from other game studios in the industry, hence it is crucial to us that both the brand and quality of each new product remain at the highest standard, and that the player immediately recognises the game as part of the iconic and original Book of Ra family,” it was said.
