Relax Gaming has teamed up with Danish online casino operator RoyalCasino.dk in an agreement which bolsters the group’s presence in the Nordics.

Lauding the region as a “key” area of focus, the link-up will see Relax Gaming supply its range of proprietary titles such as Book of 99, Iron Bank and Money Train 2.

Content from Silver Bullet and Powered by Relax partners will also be available including studios such as Kalamba Games, 4theplayer and ReelPlay.

Per Petersen, CEO at RoyalCasino, stated: “We have the highest of standards and want to offer the best games content at RoyalCasino, so we needed a partner that held similar virtues – Relax Gaming fits that bill.

“They offer a wide variety of quality, popular games that are going to significantly boost our player offering and thus support us in being one of the most popular and trusted online casinos in Denmark  – we’re delighted to work with Relax Gaming.”

Last week, online gambling operator Kindred Group took up the option to acquire the remaining 66.6 per cent of outstanding shares in slots developer Relax Gaming.

At an implied value of €320m for 100 per cent of the shares – on a cash and debt free basis – the acquisition was said to represent an acceleration of Kindred’s product control and differentiation capabilities.

Daniel Eskola, CCO at Relax Gaming, said of the group’s latest deal: “As our recent activity in the Nordics has shown, this is a key region for us and this deal with RoyalCasino.dk maintains that momentum.

“They are a respected and prestigious operator, so it’s exciting to shake hands on another significant partnership.”
