The Bahamas’ Baha Mar has become the latest resort to recruit the services of Quick Custom Intelligence, with the property’s casino having installed the group’s platform offering.
As a result of the partnership, which commenced on February 21, 2023, current slots will be updated via the platform, the technology of which enables fully coordinated activities across operations.
It is hoped that the data-driven software will optimise Baha Mar’s gaming product by understanding player interaction at a deeper level, which machines perform best and offering improvement on performance.
Furthermore, QCI Slots is currently being deployed throughout the property, with the casino operations team set to begin training imminently.
Dr Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI, stated: “Baha Mar Casino’s decision to select the QCI enterprise platform shows the importance of continually developing products that truly fit our customers’ needs.
“We are honoured to have Baha Mar Casino join the QCI community, adding to the more than 100 casino resorts and over 4,000 users actively using our platform.”
The Baha Mar Casino, hailed as “the largest in the Caribbean”, offers 18 different types of table games, over 1,000 slot machines and live sports betting by William Hill.
The wider property sits on 1,000 acres of land that overlooks Cable Beach, with the facility featuring the three hotel brands of Grand Hyatt, SLS and Rosewood that offer a combined more than 2,300 rooms.
Baha Mar also features 45 restaurants and lounges, convention centre, Royal Blue Golf Course, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature course, $200m Baha Bay water park, ESPA spa, and over 30 retail outlets.

This becomes the fourth partnership inked by QCI during 2023, with Baha Mar following in the footsteps of California’s Black Oak Casino Resort, Quebec’s Le Grand Royal Casino and Arkansas’ Saracen Casino Resort.
