Caesars has officially pulled back the curtain on its Caesars Palace Online Casino app, with the standalone entity now available across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia and Ontario.
This latest introduction, hailed as “the crown jewel of Caesars’ igaming portfolio”, complements its existing Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, Tropicana Online Casino, Harrah’s Online Casino, and World Series of Poker online entities, is designed to offer players a more focused and streamlined standalone experience.
Eric Hession, President of Caesars Sports and Online Gaming, first touched upon this pending introduction earlier in the month during a Q3 earnings call, with an igaming product under the Caesars Palace brand comprising one of a quartet of tech improvements.
In addition to noting that the company is “quite optimistic” regarding this move, he commented: “We’re finally going to have a product out in the market that we can use to work with our existing database, to have those customers that we know and that are loyal to the Caesars rewards program move over to the online casino side.
“It was difficult to have that discussion with the customers when they had to go through the sports betting app each time to get to the casino. And so they won’t have that.”
Available via iOS and Android, Caesars Palace Online Casino is plugged into the operator’s rewards program, and vows to offer customers hundreds of titles ranging from branded company exclusives to slots, progressives roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and live offerings.
