Flows is looking to enhance player engagement with the launch of FlowsWave, a pop-up messenger tool for its no-code automation platform.
The technology platform has stated that FlowsWave is a combination of its back-end automation with customisable messaging, assisting operators by helping to create content that is personalised specifically for their brand and their players’ preferences, “driving higher player response rates” through interactions.
“FlowsWave represents a significant leap forward in how businesses can engage with their players,” commented James King, CEO of Flows.
“We’ve combined cutting-edge technology with user-focused features to deliver an unparalleled messaging experience.”
Flows highlighted FlowsWave’s real-time response capability as a key feature of the pop-up messenger, allowing operators to “instantly capture and act on player feedback” with “dynamic, automated responses that adapt to player behaviour in real time” and require no coding.
The platform added that data collected is instantly processed within the Flows engine, “triggering automated workflows and actions that optimise marketing, safety and engagement strategies seamlessly”.
King continued: “We’re excited to see how our customers and the wider industry will take advantage of its capabilities to create more meaningful and impactful player interactions.
“The flexibility and real-time nature of FlowsWave will open new doors for them, allowing them to innovate and adapt faster than ever before.”
