Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment has deployed VizExplorer’s player development solution at its flagship Mohegan Sun property, located in Uncasville, Connecticut.
VizExplorer, a provider of operational intelligence solutions for casinos, is to supply MGE’s player development team with the ability to advance its VIP outreach.
As a result of the deployment it’s stressed that the firm is striving to “better serve its valuable customers in the highly competitive Northeast market.”
The casino marketing and player development teams are aiming to develop a better understanding of real-time data and insights, in order to execute successful strategies for its customers
VizExplorer’s hostVizOps gives the casino’s team a CRM tool with mobile access to player data, real-time notifications about player activity onsite and automated task management, which can be utilised to streamline communication with, and development of, valuable players.

MGE joins more than 60 other tribal entities currently using the VizExplorer platform.
