Dunder has become the latest online casino brand to join the Fast Track family as the firm recruits the CRM platform provider to target players in real-time.
Striving to enhance player engagement and drive retention, it follows a trio of partnerships inked by Fast Track in March alongside SuprNation, Hero Gaming and Alea.
Simon Lidzén, CEO and co-founder of Fast Track, said of the firm’s latest partnership: “Working with innovative brands like Dunder is hugely rewarding for our team.
“It’s wonderful to see what these operators can achieve with the platform and we get valuable feedback on potential future developments. We anticipate that Dunder will be producing truly innovative player engagements once we are live.”
The firm is to work with Dunder to provide a custom player engagement platform that aims to put “efficiency and ease of use” at the centre of its processes, as well as the ability to utilise data streams to choose the right moments to communicate with players.
By targeting players in real-time and at different moments of their user lifecycle with tailored communications and promotions, Dunder notes that it will deliver “a truly individual experience to each player”.
Thomas Rosander, CEO of Dunder, said: ‘Fast Track CRM is the only tool available that will allow us to work with CRM the same way we do in other aspects of our business.
“It’s refreshing to partner with a company that truly understands the needs of operators in our industry and provides a solution to the pain points many of us experience when trying to improve our engagement strategies.”
Last month SuprNation, the operator of online casinos VoodooDreams, NYspins and Duelz, switched to Fast Track CRM to manage its player engagement.
This was followed by Hero Gaming rolling-out FT CRM across its portfolio of brands, starting with the recently unveiled Boom Casino, before Alea chose to enhance engagement via its SlotsMillion entity.
