Lightning Box enters Pennsylvania with Scientific Games’ OpenGaming

Sydney, Australia headquartered online casino slot supplier Lightning Box has made its entry into the Keystone state after going live Scientific GamesOpenGaming.

To commence the partnership the developer has gone live with two titles, namely Lightning Horseman and Respin Rhino, with the group’s entire portfolio expected to follow in the coming months.

Lightning Box went live in neighbouring New Jersey in 2015, in addition to serving players in Canada through the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and Loto Quebec.

Peter Causley, CEO and co-founder of Lightning Box, said of the collaboration: “We’re very excited about the opportunity in Pennsylvania and are looking forward to seeing the results.

Scientific Games states that its OpenGaming ecosystem will form an integral part of Lightning Box’s expansion across the US, providing new opportunities for the studio’s games to reach a wider audience.

This becomes the latest in a string of commercial tie-ups announced by the group, following in the footsteps of Big Time Gaming, BetMGM, Hard Rock International, and NetEnt
