High 5 Games becomes full complaint with UKGC regulations

Esports Tech has taken its first steps into the UK market as it secures access to a UK gaming licence through an operator services agreement.

Online casino provider High 5 Games has become fully compliant with the new regulations established by the UK Gambling Commission

Along with meeting all of the UK remote gambling and software technical standards, the new rules, which came into effect on October 31, 2021, revolve around the display of transactions, auto-play functionality, time requirements and reality checks, as well as responsible product design.

The company has also gained a signed internal compliance letter to prove its UK library meets all of the new regulations and has received written confirmation from Gaming Laboratories International confirming its full slot library is compliant.

H5G’s UK compliance follows on from its link-up with casino affiliate Online Casino Ground towards the backend of October, which saw the company reaffirm its commitment to the newly regulated Dutch Market.

As part of the collaboration, slot titles from H5G’s catalogue will be showcased on OnlineCasinoGrounds.nl – an affiliate portal within the Netherlands.

Moreover, earlier this week, the slot supplier launched its most recent titles with its feline Back to the Future inspired game Cat to the Future, a 5×3, 243-payline video slot with features including blinking bucks, racking up riches, free games and jackpots.

Holding licences and game certifications in multiple jurisdictions around the globe, High 5 Games has a collection of over 500 casino games throughout its portfolio, along with its own full casino platform.
