Betting and gaming supplier Nsoft has rolled-out an alliance with Optimove in a bid to boost player lifetime value, drive retention rates, and significantly scale multi channel personalisation.
The collaboration, which sees Nsoft strive to deliver actionable, measurable customer journeys and data-driven decisions, will see the provider roll-out Optimove’s CRM marketing platform to its 50-strong operator portfolio.

NSoft has fast-tracked the Optimove integration with Balkan Bet, a long-time client of the group, which is leveraging the group’s AI-mapped CRM journeys to customers across channels.
As a result, the sports betting and online casino operator is aiming to maximise players’ lifetime value by micro-segmenting its audience, and aiming to ensure that every player is approached with a personal message every time across channels.

Earlier this month, Optimove confirmed the appointment of Peter Miles as director of sales, in a move that it stated will play “a major role” in its ongoing global expansion efforts.
