Evoplay has implemented the framework for future market entries after it obtained ISO 27001 certification for its security management systems.

Valid for three years, and said to be “crucial” for launching in various regulated jurisdictions across the globe, the certification for Evoplay’s internal processes follows “meticulous tests” in accordance with the standard’s assessment criteria.

“The integrity of our clients’ data is of the utmost importance to us, and by receiving this certification, we demonstrate the standard of excellence that we strive to maintain in all our products.

“It is a further admission of the way we do things at Evoplay and demonstrates the ambition we have in terms of expansion across regulated markets, especially in terms of Bulgaria and Switzerland reach.”

In total, the standard’s strict assessment criteria ensures that Evoplay has met 114 controls and seven clauses required over a nine-month period. The certification also confirms that Evoplay’s employees are suitably trained, and capable of maintaining the standards set by the International Organisation for Standardisation and the International Electrotechnical Commission.

Evoplay’s certification follows on from Spinomenal’s ISO approval earlier this month that saw the igaming content provider enhance its global presence, a granting that it lauded as proof the content provider is “fully committed to the very highest levels” of information security.

Moreover, the ISO approval for Evoplay comes off the back of its latest Irish-themed instant game release last week entitled Patrick’s Magic Field
