QCI targets Michigan expansion with Soaring Eagle partnership

Quick Custom Intelligence has enhanced its footing in the US market after forming an alliance with Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort

Revealed in the partnership’s joint announcement, QCI’s Slots solution is set to be implemented into the Soaring Eagle casino, based in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, allowing the resort to “quickly identify revenue opportunities” and “enhance guests’ gaming experience”.

The integrated solution leverages “state-of-the-art” technology powered by the QCI Artificial General Intelligence Platform, enabling venues such as Soaring Eagle to “optimise operations and drive business growth” with data-driven insights to deliver “seamless” gaming experiences, tailored promotions and marketing strategies.

The move comes shortly after QCI announced an eye-catching appointment as Jarvis, a generative AI rules engine, was named as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
