Super Group has announced that it has completed the sale of the B2B assets of Digital Gaming Corporation to Games Global.

Originally announced in February last year, the parent company of Betway and Spin noted that the sale of DGC B2B will allow the group to focus on its B2C operations, while Games Global will utilise the acquired assets to expand further in the US igaming market and with operators in the region.

“We are pleased to have brought this sale to a close,” commented Neal Menashe, CEO of Super Group.

“Going forward our team can continue focusing on our global B2C growth. Games Global are a valued long-term partner of ours and DGC’s B2B division is in good hands. We wish them all the best.”

Games Global noted that the acquisition of DGC B2B means the company is “well-positioned to capitalise on the tremendous opportunities” now available, with its offering of more than 1,300 proprietary games from 40 exclusive studios and a progressive jackpot network.

Walter Bugno, CEO of Games Global, added: “We are excited about the successful acquisition of DGC B2B, which enables our immediate entry into the fast-growing US market and aligns seamlessly with our vision to become a leader in the global gaming industry.

“This move not only strengthens our global position, it also allows us to further innovate and deliver incredible experiences to operators and their players.”
