NagaWorld’s on-property sportsbooks are set to benefit from extended live event coverage, following the announcement of a partnership extension between the casino operator and Kambi

The extension, which covers NagaWorld’s two flagship casinos in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh, is set to enable the operator to continue its sportsbook growth which has been steadily increasing year-on-year since signing with the sports betting provider in 2014.

The deal follows on from Kambi’s recent contract extension with technology and entertainment firm DraftKings, in which it’s pre-existing agreement was developed to include access to the additional jurisdictions of Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia and New York.

Max Meltzer, Kambi chief commercial officer, said: “We are proud to be extending our deal with NagaWorld, an agreement which highlights the positive impact Kambi’s modern and entertaining retail service can have on casino properties.

“The NagaWorld sportsbooks have delivered consistent growth since collaborating with Kambi, and we look forward to continuing to enhance NagaWorld’s service offering to its sports betting customers to the benefit of both companies for years to come.”

As part of the long-term renewal, NagaWorld’s Cambodian properties will continue to benefit from Kambi’s market-leading retail products such as its 16 intuitive self-service betting terminals (SSBTs) which generate the majority of NagaWorld’s sports betting turnover.

Kambi is also set to increase the selection of live events it currently supplies to the operator.
