Player reactivation and retention specialists Enteractive has expanded its ongoing collaboration with the Ellmount Group which will see the launch of reactivation campaigns for the company’s CasinoRoom brand.
This builds upon existing activity for Ellmount’s HighRoller entity, which it says has demonstrated conversion rates of more than 35 per cent across both reactivation and NRC campaigns since starting in November.
Subsequently, the group has entered into an extended collaboration with Enteractive to begin one-to-one call campaigns for its main brand CasinoRoom across seven markets.
Mery Blomqvist, CMO at Ellmount, commented: “We’re really impressed by the results on HighRoller, so we’re looking forward to increasing NDC revenue across our markets for our main CasinoRoom brand.
“Enteractive’s extensive experience reaching out to our churned and non-depositing players has proved to be the missing link in engaging with more hard-to-reach players.”
The personalised approach that Enteractive offers online casino operator partners sees players reached via one-to-one phone calls, creating a direct two-way communication channel that aims to promote trust and loyalty for brands, as well as prompting greater conversion rates for dormant or non-depositing accounts.
“More and more igaming brands are seeing the benefits of personalised engagement with their players, for which Enteractive is a global leader,” noted Andrew Foster, Enteractive director of business development.
“With such great numbers from the HighRoller activity, we’re excited to show Ellmount Group what we can do for their CasinoRoom brand too. Our teams are ready and excited to get started on these new markets for Ellmount.”
