KaFe Rocks is striving to further empower its employees as well as heighten satisfaction throughout its roster, after announcing the launch of an unlimited paid leave policy.

This is intended to offer added freedom and trust to employees via permitting them to decide when and for how long to take a break. This applies in addition to the local legislation and offers unlimited leave days on top of the national holidays and minimum entitlement.

The igaming affiliate says that this marks another step towards strengthening its people-centred culture, and comes in addition to 100 per cent remote working freedom and flexible schedule.

“We believe in every employee’s integrity, reliability and fairness, and we foster a trusting culture through the levels of freedom and autonomy we give our teams.” explained Simon Pilkington, CEO at KaFe Rocks

“We trust our Rocketeers to manage their time as they need, as well as ensuring the needs of the business remain a key priority”

KaFe Rocks’ recently restructured people team will be working closely with managers to encourage employees in taking leave freely, and leverage the new policy to empower people and further increase satisfaction.

“We think taking time off is essential for everyone’s mental health. Spending time to breathe and to do whatever makes you happy can lead to fresh ideas and creativity.” added Cordelia Morgan – Cooper, head of people at KaFe Rocks.

“This change gives more control to our people, and we trust them to behave responsibly.”
