Spearhead Studios has secured what it lauds as a “big step” for the EveryMatrix group RMG production studio, after striking an alliance with iForium.

This has seen the brand roll-out its latest games distribution agreement, with the link-up alongside the casino aggregation platform provider lauded as providing an expanded reach across regulated jurisdictions for Spearhead.

Under the terms of the agreement, iForium,  which is licenced and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, ONJN in Romania and the HGC in Greece, will distribute the company’s portfolio of over 90 titles to its list of operators, with its Gameflex platform combining over 14,500 games from more than 150 providers.

“I am delighted to confirm this partnership with Mathias and the Spearhead Studios team. They have rapidly built a strong reputation for innovation, quality titles and a growing regulated market presence,” stated Phil Parry, CEO of iForium.

“The addition of Spearhead Studios to our Gameflex platform will bring many exciting opportunities for both of us and I am confident our operator network will warmly welcome their arrival.”

This latest partnership follows Spearhead disclosing its ambitions for the Italian online gaming market earlier this week, after it confirmed that certification within the country had been obtained.

Last month, Spearhead asserted that it was “ready to capitalise” on the Dutch gaming opportunity, after the studio gained local certification for its proprietary casino content and RGS platform

Mathias Larsson, managing director of Spearhead Studios, said of the firm’s latest deal: “Signing with iForium is a big step for Spearhead Studios.

“ It gives us access to operators we wouldn’t be able to reach otherwise, strengthening our current positions and introducing us to new regulated markets.”
