An expanded European footprint has been gained by iSoftBet after teaming with a Löwen Play that the igaming supplier praised as “the leader in the German land-based casino market”.

This will see a selection of the iSoftBet online casino content suite be integrated into the Löwen Play Spain-facing platform, as the business looks to diversify its offering for players in the country.

Löwen Play launched a number of games on its Spanish online gaming portal in early 2021 in a bid to bolster its standing in the country. The group reports that it has “continued to gain momentum ever since”.

Sara Klimper, Head of Operations at Lowen Play, said: “We are delighted to launch the iSoftBet portfolio in our Spanish operations this quarter, and hope our clients love the games as much as we do. We are looking forward to our collaboration.”

This latest commercial tie-up comes amid a string of European-based partnership being inked by iSoftBet in recent times, the most recent of which came alongside Alphabet Gaming in a move that will see the online games supplier solidify its standing in Bulgaria,

“Lowen Play is a well-established business in the casino space, and joining its network of partners will be invaluable to our company,” stated Lars Kollind, Head of Business Development at iSoftbet.

“The wide variety of highly-rated products we provide really speak for themselves, and we hope to receive positive feedback from operators following their exposure to the Spanish market.”

This comes off the back of IGT‘s recent €160m acquisition of iSoftBet, which saw the company more than double its content catalogue by approximately 225 games.

The completion of the acquisition also saw IGT’s interactive arm expand its online casino inventory through the addition of iSoftBet’s proprietary-built aggregation platform, which will allow the company to distribute third-party games to clients.

Moreover, the merger saw iSoftBet’s data-led marketing and user engagement tools become accessible to the company.
