Spinomenal hails UKGC licence approval as ‘huge moment’

Rank Group Plc has praised the UK Government's White Paper on gambling legislation, stating that the long-awaited review has reached the objective of striking the right balance between “consumer freedoms and choice on the one hand, and protection from harm on the other.”

Spinomenal has strengthened its position within the United Kingdom after the igaming content provider secured a B2B licence from the UK Gaming Commission

Opening opportunities in the regulated market, the licence approval will see titles from Spinomenal, such as Lucky Jack – Lost Jungle, Wolf Fang, Demi Gods III and its Spinomenal Universe

“Securing our UK gaming licence is a huge moment as it allows us to share our outstanding slots library with partners working in this prestigious market,” states Olga Sirokha, Spinomenal’s Head of Partnerships.

Moreover, alongside the UKGC approval, which now sits beside its licences from the Malta Gaming Authority, Sweden, Netherlands and Romania, the entry into the UK will also see Retro Gaming – powered by Spinomenal – extend its reach and allow partners to experience its offerings.

Sirokha added: “Our retro gaming project is gaining momentum all the time and we expect this to accelerate now we’re able to target UK-licensed operators with its range of classic entertainment products.”

The gaining of its UKGC licence follows on from its ISO certification attained earlier this year, which the firm lauded as proof that the content provider is “fully committed to the very highest levels” of information security.
