Software provider Softswiss has bolstered its casino platform solution with the addition of an event streaming tracker, which gives affiliated operators the ability to observe and analyse complex data “without delay”.
The exclusive feature can track any casino activity in real-time, including any bets, deposits, wins, bonuses and other parameters of operators’ interest, with the tool capturing each development in an ongoing data broadcast.
“We are confident that the Event Streaming service will allow casino clients to discover new opportunities and find new ways of working with players,” commented Sergey Korodenko, Technical Leader of Research & Development at Softswiss.
Softswiss’ Event Streaming captures more than 15m events within an hour in a bid to help operators manage their projects more efficiently, improve their bonus feature policies and increase users’ loyalty.
Moreover, the firm has also suggested that the tool will allow its partners the opportunity to “make communication with players more personal” through ”constant access to online casino data” as well as helping them “connect external services for advanced analytics”.
Korodenko added: “Launching this tool is not the only update from the Softswiss casino platform team – we also have integrated with the Softswiss Sportsbook, and these products work effectively together.
“It was one more step on the way to making the ecosystem where the product portfolio of the leading gambling software developer will complement and improve each other’s functionality.”
This recent development will be integrated into the company’s affiliated casino platforms imminently, with Vibra Gaming coming as the latest addition to Softswiss’ partners after striking an alliance last month.
