Bwloto looks to ‘reap the benefits’ following Symplify link-up

Pariplay has teamed up with Betsson in a partnership that will grant the operator complete access to Wizard Games’ portfolio.

Symplify and Bwloto have formed an alliance that will see the Stockholm-based firm power the latter’s expansion into new territories.

As part of the deal between the two, Bwloto will be able to push forward with its next expansion stage, allowing for optimised management of more than 10 channels, including web push messaging, email, dynamic web, print and social channels in-house.

“It’s a pleasure to work with Symplify and we are looking forward to reaping the benefits from our partnership” said Bwloto’s CEO, Ivar Unnthorsson

“We know that Symplify has an outstanding product that just keeps getting better which pairs very well with our own vision for constant innovation and delivering best in class solutions to operators via our Mix igaming platform.”

The deal will also see Bwloto utilise Symplify’s deep AI understanding to provide the former’s clients with sharper customer engagement tools with the latter’s Campaign and Journey builder modules.

Igaming firm Bwloto, based in Iceland, emphasised its commitment to building safe gaming environments with Symplify’s module set to “add weight” to its philosophy. The AI-driven responsible gaming module analyses players and allows operators to be proactive before any problem behaviour exacerbates.

Symplify’s CEO, Robert Kimber, added: “Our CRM and AI cloud solutions ecosystem is designed to empower our partners to grow their businesses and we’re pleased Bwloto recognises the impact we can bring.

“This partnership promises plenty as we share the same philosophies on what factors produce long-term, sustainable growth.”

As well as its link-up with Bwloto, Symplify has also inked agreements with SoftMaya and King Billy Casino since the turn of the year.
