Symplify has asserted that it expects to see “yet more impressive growth” across the German market, after the CRM and CRO cloud solutions supplier entered a two year agreement with German-facing igaming start-up Jackpot50.

This will see Symplify enable the online casino brand to successfully manage in-app messaging, email, dynamic web, and social channels in-house.

“Our mission is to truly understand our customers and communicate in a highly personalised manner to drive long-term engagement. 

“We take safe gaming incredibly seriously and we’re thrilled about the potential of the AI modules that we can roll out across our operation.”

Under the terms of the partnership, Jackpot50 will leverage Symplify’s campaign and journey builder module in a bid to drive growth within the regulated German market.

Furthermore, responsible gaming modules will enable heightened monitoring behaviours and help identify abusers, with the AI solution to also aid the business to optimise marketing spend and nurture customer sentiment with an aim of increasing lifetime value.

German broadcaster Sport1.De is the inspiration behind Jackpot50’s launch, and joins a burgeoning roster of gaming CRM clients which includes William Hill, LeoVegas, Mr.Green and MegaRush.
